Shipping and packaging
I currently ship to the following countries: Germany, Switzerland, and within the EU to Belgium, Denmark, Italy, Croatia, the Netherlands, Slovenia, Czechia, and Hungary.
Other EU countries such as France and Austria have high bureaucratic and financial barriers to importing packaging materials/participating in recycling – with no exceptions for small quantities. Unfortunately, shipping to these countries is not possible at this time.
Seed deliveries within Germany are sent as DHL small parcels whenever possible for a flat rate of €4.15.
For product deliveries within Germany, a flat shipping fee of €5.90 applies for parcel shipments. Deliveries are usually made with DHL go green.
Wherever possible, shipping materials are plastic-free. When purchasing packaging, I opt for recycled materials whenever possible. Occasionally, you may receive your purchase in reused packaging. For some products, plastic cannot be avoided at this time (this applies to some ingredients in dye kits).
Shipping to other countries: Outside Germany, parcel shipping to EU countries costs €13.50 for shipments up to 2 kg. Smaller items can be sent at a lower price if size and weight allowfor a flat-rate shipping fee of €8.50.
Shipping to Switzerland is possible, prices vary from €8.50 to €18.50, depending on the weight and dimensions of the product.
I am not responsible for any customs duties that may be incurred.
Delivery time
Provided that all items are in stock, I will ship on the next shipping day after receipt of payment. Regular shipping days are currently Monday or Tuesday and Friday.
If items are unavailable, you will be notified.

For pre-orders, the delivery time is 4 to 6 weeks, although it can sometimes be faster. In this particular case, you will be informed about production and delivery.
Payment
You can pay for your order with PayPal or bank transfer. If you pay by bank transfer, I will reserve the item for you for seven days. If you do not pay during this time, I reserve the right to cancel your order.
For orders from institutions that cannot pay in advance but only on account, please send me an email.
